Dress Code for Classes
Combination Classes for ages 2-8
Ballet/Jazz/Minis, Ballet/Tap/Jazz
Dancers can wear any pink or purple leotard, with or without a skirt. Tights are optional. Pink Ballet shoes are required, and tan tap shoes are required for classes with tap. Jazz shoes are not needed for any of the combination classes. For Tumble combination classes, barefeet or ballet shoes will be used. Hair must be up and out of face.
Combination Classes for ages 8 and up
Jazz/Contemporary and Drill Team Prep
Any dancewear that is form fitting and you can move in. Shorts, leggings, and tanks are welcomed, but must have dancewear underneath. Hair must be up in a ponytail. Jazz shoes of some sort, no sneakers.
Ballet Classes
A Black leotard, black skirt, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes are required. The skirt can be attached or one that can be pulled on. No holes in tights and hair in a neat bun.
Jazz Classes
Any dancewear that is form fitting and you can move in. Shorts, leggings, and tanks are welcomed, but must have dancewear underneath. Hair must be up in a ponytail. Jazz shoes or Capezio Freeforms, no sneakers.
Tap
Shorts, leggings, and tanks are welcomed, but must have dancewear underneath. Hair must be up in a ponytail. The type of tap shoe depends on the tap level. Ask instructor for specific style.
Hip Hop
Shorts, leggings, sweats, tanks, and t-shirts are welcomed, but must have dancewear underneath. Hair must be up in a ponytail. Sneakers are required. Please make sure they are clean before entering the dance room.
